Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Health Nectar, we value your time and ours. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking a session.

Session Cancellations

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or non-attendance will not be eligible for a refund, as the time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

Refund Policy

Payments once made are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • If a session is cancelled by Health Nectar due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a technical issue from our side prevents the session from taking place.

Extenuating circumstances, if any, will be assessed individually, and Health Nectar reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases.

In eligible cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Package Sessions

For multi-session packages, unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sessions must be used within the validity period communicated at the time of booking.
